3개월 전 쯤 더이상 부로바 슈퍼세빌을 구입하지 않겠노라 다짐하며 서너점의 콜렉션을 모두 처분하였는데요. 어느새 정신차리고 보니 제 수중에는 다시 네 점의 슈퍼세빌이 들어와 있었습니다. 처분하면 다시 들이고픈 마음이 샘솟는 것이 참 치명적인 매력을 가진 시계라 생각됩니다.

이런저런 이유로 다시 들이게 된 그린 다이얼 슈퍼세빌. 자금상의 이유로 다시 방출하게 될 날이 다가올지 모르니, 제 수중에 있는 동안 만큼은 아끼고 보듬어 줄 예정입니다.

모든 시계에는 *스트랩핑이 아주 중요하게 작용합니다. 제가 선호하는 블루 다이얼의 경우 브라운이나 블랙, 블루 등 다양한 컬러와 조화가 제법 괜찮은 편입니다. 그린 다이얼의 경우는 블루 다이얼 만큼 그 범위가 다양하지 않습니다. 다양한 컬러의 스트랩핑을 시도해 보았지만, 그린 혹은 블랙 스트랩만이 허용될 수 있는 한계인 듯 보였습니다. 대신 그린 스트랩과 매치하였을 경우, 그 유니크함에 있어서 만큼은 독보적이라 할 수 있을 정도로 매력적인 모습으로 변모하는 걸 확인할 수 있습니다. 골든 다이얼을 갖고 있는 위 시계에는 허니브라운 스트랩을 체결해 주었습니다. 다이얼과 어우러져 따뜻한 느낌이 더욱 살아납니다.

소매가 길어지고 두꺼워 지는 계절이 다가옵니다. 손목 위에서 빈티지 시계의 진정한 멋이 빛날 수 있는 계절은 단연코 겨울이라 생각됩니다. 옥스포드와 헤링본 소재는 빈티지 시계와 함께할 때 그 멋이 배가 되기 때문입니다. 이런류의 소재는 대부분 어둡고 차분한 톤이 많기 때문에 컬러풀한 시계를 함께 하기가 보다 용이한 편입니다.

I tried to be free from the obsession of Bulova super seville. The super seville has numerous appealing aspects to collect for watch lovers. First of all, the design of the watch is very popular and iconic even its roots are from a Rolex president. Second, due to its design of simplicity, various strapping with different colors could be a way of relishing the hobby. Third, the watch could be more attractive and unique by dial customizing. The dial of the watch can be changed with various colors such as blue or green.

Here is one of my super sevilles which is customized with an exquisite golden dial. I have matched a light brown calf strap for this watch, and it shows decent harmony with the face of the watch. The watch is so magnificent with its uniqueness. I resolved that no more super sevilles in my collection with selling my super sevilles in the market 3 months ago. I have no idea why I have 4 pieces now, and what drives me to make a purchase. There might be some attractive elements for this watches. My deep emotional attachment for the watches wouldn't be waned for a long time, or before buying its root which is a Rolex president.
