Here, we have a Cartier Santos Ref. 2319 automatic watch which could be the face of Cartier watch. The Santos paved the way for the prevalence of wrist watches. As you can see here, the whole design of the watch is very iconic. Like Rolex's Datejust, it is very easy to notice and recognize Santos on wearer's wrist.

Ref. 2319 comes with a case 29 millimeters in diameter and 13 millimeters thick. It is relatively small compared to contemporary watches, but it is perfect for whose wrist is under 17 centimeters round or for those who prefer small-sized watches. When I look at the Santos lying on my wrist, it almost looks like a sophisticated bracelet due to its seamless design. I can surely say that the watch could show perfect harmony with Cartier's LOVE bracelet. I have been dreaming of having one for few years.

Cartier is one of my favorite brands. I have a big penchant for their way of designing in terms of the shape of a case. Even when the round-shaped case was considered a standard for both watch manufacturers and consumers, Cartier produced various shapes of watches in the market. Their works were innovative and creative at the time. This is why I really love Cartier as a watch brand. The brand has a strong presence both in the past and current market.
